Wolf Eyes is a band from Michigan. Formed in the fall of 1996 by N. Young. They are known for their bizarre and otherworldly approach to music. Creating a sound that is both disturbing and hypnotic. The band has released numerous albums and EPs on various labels. With their intense and bizarre live performances, Wolf Eyes has garnered a reputation as one of the most frightening and weird bands in the world. Wolf Eyes is currently John Olson and Nate Young. They have performed together for over 20 years.

Codificato e battezzato da Gigi D'Agostino che lo introduce al mondo per mezzo di due seminali compilation pubblicate nel 2007, lo SlowStyle è una microscopica nicchia del clubbing basata su un'ibridazione perversa di ritmi rallentati e distruttivi e campionamenti da hip-hop, hardstyle e hardcore, spesso uniti a melodie taglienti e cantilenanti che alle volte richiamano la canzone popolare italiana. Un suono che invece di scandire il tempo lo sfonda, e che ha mantenuto una curiosa vitalità nei suoi quasi vent'anni di vita nonostante lx interpretx originatorx di questo sottogenere si possano contare sulle dita di poche mani.

VIBRISSE e Nahshi, indagatorx dello spettro sonoro dell'hardcore underground, hanno dedicato molta attenzione a questo piccolo mondo tramite le loro produzioni, remix, e DJset. Undicesimacasa li ha invitati a condividere questo amore con uno speciale approfondimento sul Lento Violento presso Titivil che sarà seguito da un imperdibile aftershow al Freakout Club, memori del loro soldout schiacciasassi dell'1 Febbraio 2020 (time flies...)


VIBRISSE è un duo di DJ/producer, di base a Torino, che si occupa di musica hardcore in tutti i suoi sottogeneri, scuotendo l'underground italiano con i loro DJset e produzioni. Nahshi è un DJ e producer che abita un paesaggio sonoro ibrido, multiforme e sconvolgente arricchito sin dagli inizi del suo percorso dalla passione per il Lento Violento. YYDJ è una DJ nata nel Sichuan, che miscela nei suoi set influenze che attingono dall'underground dell'estremo oriente e mondiale e dalla sua ricerca artistica personale.

ACID MAMMOTH (GR)

Acid Mammoth is a doom metal band from Athens, Greece. The band was formed in 2015 by Chris Babalis Jr. (Vocals & Guitars) and Dimosthenis Varikos (Bass), good friends since high school, with a deep love for Sabbath and other heavy music. They were quickly joined by their very good friend Marios Louvaris (Drums) and Chris Babalis Sr. (Guitars), Jr.'s father. Acid Mammoth is more than just a band of friends. They are a family.


JAHBULONG (IT)

JAHBULONG is a Stoner Doom trio formed in 2015 and based in Verona, Italy. Their sound is characterized by rough and oppressive rhythms mixed with dark and wistful mantras. The band members take inspiration from legendary groups like Sleep, Electric Wizard, and Black Sabbath. They have played all around Italy and abroad, sharing the stage with The Freeks, High Reeper, R.I.P., Ananda Mida, Deadsmoke, Fvzz Popvli, and Rhino Rino.


SLOW ORDER (IT)

This band was born from the desire to experiment with every kind of emotion and bring it back to music thru use of anger and heaviness. This project represents love for low strings and the pioneers of metal (Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Cream), merging them with some stoner and modern heavy metal influences. The band have decided to be an instrumental project, rock and groove is the rules!

An all-encompassing aural assault, a force as unstoppable and fiercely alive as the tide. The post-rock powerhouse known as AND SO I WATCH YOU FROM AFAR have returned with their 7th studio album, ‘Megafauna’.

A tribute to the two places the collective call home, their beloved Portrush on the Irish North Coast and the beating heart that is Belfast; ‘ Megafauna’ is headstrong exploration and heartfelt appreciation with all the intuition, intimacy and humour of four firm friends approaching their 20th year as a band.

Like so many other bands and creatives throughout the pandemic, ASIWYFA found themselves suddenly stationary, with any plans outside of their immediate vicinity put on indefinite hold. However, where this might have seen other acts falter, ASIWYFA took comfort in their communal bond and, as soon as they were able, began writing a record that quickly became a love letter to the communities they call home. “‘Megafauna’ is essentially a distilled moniker for our peers,” says guitarist Rory Friers, “all of the friends and characters that we’ve grown up with who’ve made us and our homes what they are today. Lockdown was an intensely introspective and reflective process, which put the comfort of community at the forefront of our minds.”

The intent behind ‘Megafauna’ is clear from the outset. Two guitars, bass and drums all recorded in a week erupt into effervescent life in an endorphin rush of collaboration and togetherness after the physical and psychological wilderness of isolation. Lead single ‘Do Mór’ is a preposterously playful collision of light-hearted guitar hooks, effortless jazz syncopation and the triumphant return of ASIWYFA’s inimitable wall-of-sound distortion, whilst opening track ‘North Coast Megafauna’ serves as an anthem for the whole album and perhaps for a band reinvigorated too; proudly wearing the joyously jarring confrontation of their sound on their sleeves.

Elsewhere on ‘Megafauna’, introspection and sombre sentimentality take centre stage with the downtempo ‘Years Ago’ providing remarkable dynamic depth that speaks to a band approaching two decades together whilst the moments of calm on ‘Button Days’ are interspersed with cacophonous blasts reminiscent of the unbridled energy on ASIWYFA’s earliest material.

‘Megafauna’ is the band’s first new music since 2022’s critically-acclaimed ‘Jettison’, an ambitious multi-media ensemble piece packed full of experimentation and collaboration. Jokingly referring to ‘Jettison’ as the band’s “mature record”, guitarist Niall Kennedy frames the writing of ‘Megafauna’ around the band’s long-running mantra of ‘DO THE SCARY THING’ which sees them constantly hurtling towards newness, towards progress, evolution and the unknown. Whilst the new record is ASIWYFA taking on a more familiar, traditional form; in this post-’Jettison’, post-pandemic world ‘Megafauna’ is a deafening and defiant statement of intent from the band’s propulsive core – a clarion call for the communities that shape them, a resplendent celebration of togetherness over separation.


SCALER (UK)

Based in Bristol, UK, SCALER are a four-piece band: Isaac Jones on drums, James Rushforth on bass guitar, Nick Berthoud on guitar and Alex Hill on electronics. For the last five years, SCALER have been writing, recording and performing music together, trying to answer the question that guides their work; “How can a band bridge the gap between live guitar music and live electronic music?”


ROBOCOBRA QUARTET (IRL)

Experimentation is at the core of Robocobra Quartet, whether it be in the fluid line-up (six musicians tagging in and out to make up the live touring quartet) or in their unique self-produced records made in their hometown of Belfast, Northern Ireland.

These juxtapositions are just the beginning of the complex world of Robocobra Quartet - a band serious about their music but humorous in their approach, including members with no musical training alongside members with music conservatoire pedigree. The result is a collective of musicians inspired by Stravinsky and Dead Kennedys in equal measures. On stage, the band are protons and electrons circling drummer-vocalist Chris W Ryan; meticulous arrangements and on-the-spot improvisations hang on every word spoken, sung and shouted by Ryan. These words and rhythms are what propel the music of Robocobra Quartet forward and concoct a sound that is groove-driven but cerebral too, invoking the likes of Fugazi, Talking Heads and contemporaries such as Black Midi, Squid and BadBadNotGood.

NOX NOVACULA (US)

Since their formation in 2017, Nox Novacula has carved out a commanding presence in the deathrock scene with their icy, visceral sound. Emerging from Seattle, the band channels the raw spirit of goth and punk into a distinctively modern yet hauntingly timeless identity. Their 2021 release, Ascension, showcased a mastery of traditional deathrock influences, drawing comparisons to legendary acts like Christian Death while solidifying their place among contemporary dark music innovators.

Their latest album, Feed the Fire (2024), takes their artistry to a new level. Released on Artoffact Records, it blends the band's signature ominous riffs and energetic rhythms with an expanded palette of electronic elements and experimental compositions. Tracks like "Plague" and "No Forgiveness" exemplify their ability to balance fierce, anthemic energy with intricate arrangements, while "Stay" and "Flood" highlight their bold foray into darkwave and electropop. The result is an album that pushes the boundaries of the genre without losing its dark, evocative core.

Nox Novacula’s sound is a meticulously crafted homage to the genre’s origins—evoking the apocalyptic anthems of Sisters of Mercy and the gritty gothic punk of Death Cult—while forging a path that feels both urgent and innovative. Whether you're a long-time devotee of deathrock's theatrical gloom or a new admirer drawn by the genre's revival, Nox Novacula offers a thrilling dive into a soundscape of shadows and rebellion.


BOOTBLACKS (US)

BOOTBLACKS IS A BROOKLYN-BASED POST-PUNK BAND THAT WAS FORMED IN 2010. THE CURRENT LINEUP OF THE BAND CONSISTS OF PANTHER ALMQVIST ON VOCALS, BARRETT HIATT ON SYNTH, AND KALLE FAGERBERG ON GUITAR.

BOOTBLACKS' SOUND IS CHARACTERIZED BY ITS BROODING AND ATMOSPHERIC MELODIES, DRIVING RHYTHMS, AND ALMQVIST'S EMOTIVE VOCALS. THE BAND DRAWS INSPIRATION FROM THE POST-PUNK AND DARKWAVE MOVEMENTS OF THE 1980S, BUT ALSO INCORPORATES CONTEMPORARY ELEMENTS OF ELECTRONIC MUSIC INTO THEIR SOUND.

SINCE THEIR FORMATION, BOOTBLACKS HAVE RELEASED SEVERAL CRITICALLY ACCLAIMED ALBUMS, INCLUDING "VEINS" (2016), "FRAGMENTS" (2018), AND "THIN SKIES" (2020). THE BAND HAS ALSO TOURED EXTENSIVELY THROUGHOUT NORTH AMERICA AND EUROPE, PERFORMING AT RENOWNED VENUES AND FESTIVALS.

DELTA SLEEP (UK)

La band britannica ha trascorso l'ultimo decennio a coltivare un seguito cult con la propria musica in una ricetta che è sublimata nuovamente nel loro quarto album "Blue Garden", pubblicato a Settembre, in cui la band lascia entrare nella propria casa math rock influenze punk, elettroniche ed R&B. La tempesta perfetta che ne scaturisce ha condotto i Delta Sleep a scavare quanto più a fondo nell'oscurità dell'umano per ritrovare una luce di speranza anche nel buio della disperazione, delle ingiustizie e dei conflitti che ci circondano oggi.

Classe 2001, sound engineer e co-founder di @ataraxianapoli ha approcciato sin da piccola alla musica come batterista, per poi appassionarsi all’elettronica.

Si avvicina quindi al formato vinilico e si forma nella scena napoletana attraverso una continua ricerca di groove e ritmi accattivanti.

Nei suoi set possiamo cogliere una spiccata influenza della progressive degli anni ‘90, della Trance, Techno ed Electro sino a toccare corde synth e new-wave.
